Vincent Boucardey, Co-founder of Htracks, Director of the Design Office

Having been behind the handlebars since he was a child, Vincent began competing in motocross at the age of 4 alongside his father and younger brother, before developing a passion for BMX and mogul skiing. Vincent then went on to study surveying. This triple culture gave him an instinctive understanding of the terrain, lines, and pace required. Now at the helm of BE Htracks, he leads the team with the same intensity and high standards. Combining strategy, technique, and vision, Vincent embodies the desire to design lines that never fail to impress.

Benoît Blondet, Designer & Line Designer

A freestyle BMX rider and architect trained in France and Mexico, Benoît embodies the perfect balance between creativity and technical skill. He grew up riding and traveling, designing modules during internships, carving curves on the ground, and choosing never to fit into the mold of traditional architecture.
Since 2024, he has been applying a comprehensive and sensitive approach at Htracks: designing, yes—but always for riding. Always to make sense. Always to bring things to life.

Virgile Hautot, Head of Surveys & Topography

A BMX rider during his teenage years, with a BTS degree in surveying and topography under his belt, 20 years of experience and still the same love for precise lines. Virgile is a metronome of the terrain, a curve enthusiast who grew up riding BMX, reading the terrain, hiking in nature, and keeping an open mind.
Calm, methodical, but always connected to the energy of the ride, he brings solid expertise, detailed knowledge of the terrain, and plays a key role in the concrete realization of projects.

Melissa Torres, Administrative & Financial Manager

Originally from Alsace and based in the south of France for over 10 years, Mélissa brings her kind yet rigorous approach to the design office.
Responsible for administrative follow-up and budget management, she ensures that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Discreet but essential, she guarantees the reliability and seriousness of our commitments.
