Vincent Boucardey, Co-founder of Htracks, Director of the Research Department
Vincent has been behind the handlebars for as long as he can remember, racing motocross at the age of 4 alongside his father and younger brother before developing a passion for BMX and moguls. Vincent then went on to study surveying. This triple culture gave him an instinctive reading of the terrain, the lines and the rhythm to be given. Today, as head of the Htracks design office, he leads the team with the same intensity and the same exacting standards. Between strategy, technique and vision, Vincent embodies the desire to design lines that never leave anyone indifferent.

Benoît Blondet, Designer & Line Designer
A freestyle BMX rider and architect trained between France and Mexico, Benoît embodies the perfect balance between creativity and technical expertise. He grew up between riding and travelling, designing modules in training, screwing together curves in the field, and choosing never to fit into the boxes of traditional architecture.
Since 2024, at Htracks he has been deploying a global and sensitive approach: design, yes - but always to ride. Always to make sense. Always to bring people to life.

Virgile Hautot, Head of studies & topography
A BMX rider in his teens, Virgile has 20 years' experience and the same love of the right line. Virgile is a metronome of the terrain, an enthusiast of curves who grew up between BMX, reading the terrain, nature walks and open-mindedness.
Well-positioned and methodical, but always connected to the energy of the ride, he brings solid expertise, in-depth knowledge of the terrain, and a key role in the practical implementation of projects.

Mélissa Torres, Administrative & Financial Manager
Originally from Alsace, Mélissa has been based in the south of France for over 10 years, bringing her rigorous approach to the design office.
In charge of administrative follow-up and budget management, she ensures that projects run smoothly, methodically and efficiently.
Discreet but essential, she is the guarantor of the reliability and seriousness of our commitments.
